hiking or  tramping   travelling  or journey  ing    or wander  ing afoot   trudging through    or along    woodland trails

hiking has    always been    popular    with scouts

one foot be   fore the  o  ther

left foot right     foot left foot    right foot left     foot right foot    one foot be    fore the o  ther

walking a   long    stumbling   not falLing   saying to    myself    must watch my   step    

one foot be   fore the o  ther     suddenly   farther

on my feet   walking a   long     my harm o  n  ica in    my mouth    my breathIng    amplified     

my feet   stum   bling    must watch my    step    I  am  wal k ing a long

left foot right     foot and so    on left foot     right foot and    so on  

left foot right     foot then I     stumble I      catch myself     catch my breath     move on
